Terms of service
Attendance and Absence Policy:
1. Postponement and Absences: Students are entitled to postpone a session or be absent from attendance up to three times without any impact on their lessons.
2. Exceeding Absences: If a student exceeds three absences, they must notify the administration at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to request compensation at a later time. Failure to provide notification will result in the absence being considered unexcused, and it will be counted as a full lesson from the student's sessions.
3. Timeliness: Students must adhere to the specified lesson timings.
4. Preparation and Assignments: Students are required to adequately prepare for each lesson and complete any assignments or exercises assigned by the teacher.
5. Professional Conduct: Students must maintain professional conduct and mutual respect towards the teacher and fellow students.
6. Learning Environment: Students are responsible for providing a quiet and suitable learning environment when attending lessons.
It is kindly requested that all valued clients comply with the attendance rules to achieve the best results in learning the Arabic language and the Holy Quran with Arabic Minds.
In case of non-compliance with these rules (after exceeding the allowed three absences), the institution reserves the right to consider the absence as unexcused and deduct it from the student's sessions.
Late Arrival Policy:
Allowed Duration for Late Arrival: Students are allowed to be late for up to 10 minutes without affecting the duration of their session.
1. Exceeding Delay: If a student exceeds a delay of 10 minutes, the time exceeding 10 minutes will be deducted from the session duration.
2. Joining a Session: Students are allowed to join a session within 20 minutes from the scheduled start time, subject to coordination with the supervisors.
3. Teacher's Waiting Time: The teacher will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes only. If the student does not attend within this period, the teacher will end the session.
4. Teacher's Late Arrival: In the event that the teacher is late for the scheduled lesson, the student is allowed to wait for the teacher for only 10 minutes. If the teacher does not attend within this period due to any urgent circumstance, the student has the right to cancel the lesson or reschedule it for another time.
It is kindly requested that all valued clients adhere to the scheduled timing to achieve the best results in learning the Arabic language and the Holy Quran with Arabic Minds.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, the institution reserves the right to calculate the delay from the student's allotted time.
Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund policy for our online service, which means you have 7 days after enrolling or beginning the course to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have attended any sessions or accessed any course materials. The course access period should not exceed 7 days from the date of purchase. Additionally, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, to process the refund.
If you have attended some sessions or accessed course materials but decide to discontinue the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining sessions' cost. Please contact our customer support team to discuss the options and details for a partial refund.
Please note that once you have attended any sessions or accessed any course materials, you will no longer be eligible for a full refund, but we can work with you to determine the appropriate refund for the remaining sessions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
